Summary0028435: In combat hovering on enemy should prioritize HP over percentages
Description Update: I just skimmed the discord dev-question Combat Visibility and this ticket can be closed. I will instead brainstorm ways to make this information more readily understood by the first time player.

In combat I select my guy, hover over an enemy and see 16% as the largest number in the contextual window. That doesn't tell me anything useful, I attack a few times and now it's 48% or 527%.

What if instead it said HP 100/100 armor 0/0 and when I shot him for 25 damage it says HP: 75/100 armor 0/0. Then I have a clear understanding of what's going on.

If there was an in game tool tip or explanation of what 16% means I missed it, or didn't grasp it (I tried to read every alert/window that popped up).
