Summary	0028571: No Save overwrite confirmation
Description	just that, I named a save 1, named another save 1. The second replaced the first with no notification or confirmation. I do not mind this as I intended this BUT I was shocked at no confirmation option, I could see many having a heart shattering moment where they named a save wrong and replace a save you didnt intend to. This is a very basic feature, and thats how I think it got overlooked. We all just assumed it was there.
