Description | The vulnerabilities we used initially have been patched out, but there are always more security holes. It'd be neat if we could exploit these too, if only for a turn or two at a time. Potential methods: 1: There's a hacking stat in the game already, it could be an android ability relying on that 2: A specialised android/vehicle 3: A consumable 'item' unlocked by a building dedicated to finding new exploits (high computing cycle cost?) Uses: 1: Simply taking control of an enemy vehicle or mech for a turn or two during tense combat, or moving it away before you even initiate combat 2: Using them to hit someone else in a false flag attack to spawn retaliatory units (much like in the first combat) 3: Switch their loadouts/temporarily disable certain equipment 4: Maybe you can't gain full control but instead disable them for a turn | ||||

This one should be obvious is already on my worklist, given the "Robotic Compromised" stat, and the fact that you've never used the hacking stat on your units. I already have it planned out, just give me time to get there! Some of it is probably coming today or tomorrow, even. |
