Description	"Units can reload" is still the text in the tutorial pop up and handbook, even though the ability description was changed to refresh elsewhere. Ppl may be confused if the terminology is not consistent

Recharge was never called Reload, but a lot of people would look for a Reload button for guns in particular. So I have always used this title in this handbook entry, to draw the eye of players looking for that, and then right underneath it says "you reload by using Recharge."
