Summary | 0028699: Ability to delete profiles in-game
Description | While preparing to start a new game, I've noticed that there isn't a way (or a clear one) to delete an existing profile in-game. It will save some time instead of going to the game files and deleting the folders.

When you load a game, there's a button for 'Enable Delete Mode'. Perhaps there's a way to make it clearer/more obvious? |
|
I don't really want to make this that much more obvious. For the average player, playing the regular game, they would have one profile ever, with all their stuff in it. You might have 500 hours of content played in a single profile. There's no reason to have two other than testing chapter one and the prologue. So deleting a profile is going to be an increasingly catastrophic thing to do, from the perspective of "I just lost everything I ever did." |
|
Hi @Chris_McElligottPark, Player has the ability to delete a profile, already in game. You have to enable delete mode and press one of the profiles. Then a popup asking you: "are you sure?" will appear. |
