Summary0028930: Standby mode doesn't seem to do anything - it doesn't let me pass the turn with space bar when all units are in standby.
DescriptionNot sure if this is a bug or intended, but I thought that when I put all my units into standby mode, I would be able to press space to end the turn - same as if I had used up my mental energy. I think that did happen in one of the earliest playtest builds (still post-Transformation, I mean), but it doesn't anymore. I'm not sure what Standby is for if this is intended.

This is intentional behaviour, it's supposed to cycle through your standby units once there aren't any non-standby units with ap left. Standby is just a way to de-prioritize units when cycling them with spacebar so that you don't need to cycle through everything every time.

* The standby description has been updated to explain what it does and does not do better, since this was an ongoing source of confusion for folks. It notes:
** When a unit is in standby, it will not be in the normal selection rotation from pressing Space, but it will still be selectable by pressing P.
** Standby is for focusing on smaller groups. There is no difference in unit functionality.
** Putting all of your units into standby has no effect on the Space key. This prevents muscle memory from betraying you.
** To skip straight to the next turn, press the Zero key.
