Summary	0000293: Auto-priorities on galaxy map
Description	Auto-priorities to come from good ships. Each has a numeric value 1-5 or so. All of them are added up for the priority, and then a color and a letter prefix comes from the highest level one -- so E5 for one advanced factory, maybe.
