Summary | 0003351: AI unit movement jumpy
Description | I think this may be related to the golem targeting issue, since when the units "snap out of" this behavior the golem stops having targeting issues Sometimes on AI worlds, the fleet ships around a guard post will look like they are holding position and attacking, but will move jerkily about 1-2 times per second. This usually lasts less than 10 seconds before they start moving smoothly again

I watched this happen with F3 toggled, and the AI ships were "guarding post" while this was happening (even though they shot several times). Them becoming unstuck is when they are freed |
I'm noticing this movement again, but now, I notice that this jerky movement ignores forcefield collisions. |
I will need a save to have any chance of reproducing and fixing this one, I think :) |
