i was thinking easiest fix is actually to spawn multiple docks from the asteroid. this would cause the unit count to be consistent and since making the dock destroys the asteroid regardless of completion no real change besides changing the mass requirements and usage rate to match the change would be necessary |

I was just able to create too many mk2 penetrators (8 of 6 in service) in 5.030 |
