Summary0003935: Make the last boss in a Rare commodity tower equal to civ level if region is below civ level
DescriptionRight now, being civ level 26, it is really easy for me to visit low level rare commodity towers to get memory crystals. How about making it so if the region level of the tower is below the civ level, the last boss in the rare commodity tower is equal to the civ level instead of the region level. This would make it so there is some challenge to low level towers.

This is an interesting one, and kind of tricky. For one thing, players like to be able to over-level bosses; for some folks, that's the only way to even play.

Another thing is that, in newer world files, there's really only maybe 0-3 commodity towers per region level. So having an abundance of ones that are lower-level than you is far less likely than in your world file.

So I'm not really sure what to do with this one, yet.

Me and my crazy world file. I still think that people will have low level towers left over, just not as many as me.

I do see your point on letting people over-leveling bosses. I was going to suggest doing something like region level +5 or civ level, whichever is lower but, that doesn't really seem to help the problem at all.

Another option would be to leave the bosses alone, but, not have the last room spawn the actual memory crystal if the civ level is over 5 levels over the region level or something like that. This lets folks over-level bosses, but it also means that level 20 players cant farm super low towers for crystals that grant a lot of EXP relatively.

Yea, I'll probably have it morph the crystal into something else (but still useful) if you're over +5 or something like that. We'll see.

With commodity towers being removed (or at least moved to mission-unique), I assume they would all be civ-level (or nearby) anyway.
