Summary	0003952: Toolbar button for "use best potion/scroll" for either health or mana
Description	I'd like a single button I can put that will automatically consume the best potion/scroll for either mana or health. Or, (or in addition,) allow me to map a key or mouse button to "Use best health/mana potion in inventory." Define "best" by "enough to fully cure HP or fill up Mana, without using a higher one unnecessarily." (See 0003948 for more discussion on best.)
