Summary	0003989: Icicle leaper trapped in stairs
Description	I found an icicle leaper trapped at the bottom of some stairs. I don't know if it was seeded in the room this way (can this happen?) or if it became stuck. The latter worries me, since it'd mean the problem with stair collision still isn't fixed. Hitting the enemy once caused it to become unstuck.
