DescriptionIt's annoying when I get a guy down to 25 health or something and I gotta spend all the mana to cast a whole additional spell.

It would be nice if I could hold a staff or scythe or something that would attack for 20-50 damage at 2-3 times the range of the "touch range" spells... something to finish guys off when they're almost dead.

It could also be something like a button to punch if you're standing and a kick if you're jumping.

Ideally this new "finishing move" or "melee strike" could be its own button, say maybe F, so that it wouldn't have to take up a skill bar slot.

Melee weapons and physical attacks from your human characters won't ever be a thing in this game. However, we do plan to let you transmogrify into some other forms that have inherent melee attacks when you get close to enemies.

Also, at the moment you can always use something like fire touch as a finishing move on enemies -- zero magic points, and yet powerful enough to knock them over if you want.

Generally speaking we also don't want to add random other buttons for abilities; that gets confusing very fast, and doesn't really fit with the whole configurable-ability-bar thing.
