DescriptionThe Golemite AI uses golems that have the old HP amounts...10% of player amounts...making them very easy right now.

I propose making all the golems (yes, even the armored ones) have 100% health. You can even make the challenge a twist where the more fragile golems have a boost to their default health so that they present a challenge the generic player fleet. Maybe.

Regardless, they are not worth their current status in the ai difficulty hierarchy

There ends up being a problem here when the Golemite has Botnet golems. Back in 3.0 at least, when the Golemite had full hitpoints for its golems, we got stuck on a snake map with a released Botnet Golem patrolling our terminal planet. We had a full set of mk1 and mk2 heavy beam cannons, and all the starships we could muster on that planet, and it ended up taking so long that we set the game to +10 speed and left it overnight. Granted, this is an extreme case, and that was when there were no bonuses against golems, but none of the starships actually have bonuses against ultra-heavy IIRC, sooo...

Why not just boost the hitpoints up to 50%, which is where the Exogalactic Wave Golems are at the moment? That way there's internal consistency for players facing off against AI golems, regardless of how they're facing off.

@Sunshine, actually, only the exo-wave AI armored golem is at 50% HP, the rest have the same health as the player versions.

But still, I support making the exo-wave versions the golemite versions, although if that makes it too tough, I guess the golemite HPs could be brought down some, but something MUCH higher than the current measly 10%.
