Summary0004785: Health Potions/scrolls a little weak when compared to Energy Equivalents
DescriptionAfter the change to relative difficulty health potions aren't all that effective especially for being the only means of health regeneration out of a settlement. Character HPs seem to vary from the 7K - 15K range.

A healing potion of the current level only heals about 3500, while a potion of the next tier heals for 6600. So in order to be healed a significant amount, I need to have higher level potions/scrolls, or need to find a safe corner to wait for the cool down to be finished in order to heal a second or third time. In theory shields could be used, but it seems to be a bad gameplay decision to force players to rely on something that requires such quick reflexes (or if you tend to miss the shield key like me).

 This is also heavily out of proportion when compared to Energy Potions/scrolls of the same tier can recharge you to full in one shot (as opposed to a 1/3rd) While Energy Potions a their above can recharge your energy twice over (as opposed to about 2/3rds)

I found the reason for the overly effective magic potions. Check the related bug.

* Previously, the magic restoration potion/scroll power was being scaled with the action difficulty when it should not have been (since the max magic points is not scaled with the difficulty). Fixed.
