Summary	0006122: Using Storm Dash while ducking displays odd behavior
Description	This whole thing seems low user-path, but I'm logging it for good measure. Repro: 0- With Storm Dash equipped 1- Duck 2- While still ducking, activate Storm Dash 3(optional)- Stop ducking Result: Storm Dash activates & drains mana, but the player does not move Expected: Either Storm Dash does not stay activated while stationary OR or the player moves while it is active Notes: Here is a short video displaying the issue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8pK7k3Q9lo Even though this is really more of an anomaly in how duck & dash interact, it can't hurt to log it -- Just in case someone runs out of important things to do and is really bored.
