Summary0006527: AI Neinzul units should not retreat in general circumstances
DescriptionDue to their self-attrition and "throwaway" nature, it does not make sense for the AI have these units retreat. By the time they retreat and come back again, they are already in the red health due to their self attrition.

They SHOULD retreat if there is a nearby (possibly adjacent only) planet with a Neinzul regeneration chamber or a carrier guardian. In which case they should of course aim for the planet with the thing that can heal them.

In a related note, the AI never seems to use Neinzul regeneration chambers. Their younglings always just ignore them for some reason.
