Summary	0006667: Can't unlock Tier 3 spells for unknown reason.
Description	I have enough correct materials, and Storm Dash 3 appears on the 'spells you can learn now' list, but when I click on it, it only has a cancel button, without the usual "learn tier 3 now" button. I'm not sure if there's some additional requirement that I don't know about or what. If there is, it should be listed in red on the description. Attached save file. (edit) Same problem for all of the other Tier 3 spells I have the materials for.
