Summary0006891: Will o' the Wisp putting me in perm fall mode
DescriptionWhenever i get near a Will o' the Wisp, their pull aura puts me in permanent fall mode.

This stops my jumps from recharging, and has gotten me stuck several times.
If i'm lucky after a while the Wisp will approach me enough for me to actually see it and be able to shoot it.

In the worst case situation, the Wisp ends up being in a location where it cant actually path towards me, like stuck under an onverhang or just plain having an object twice my height between us while its already at the same height as me.

I've had to resolve using the warp out scrolls or the 'turn into bat scroll' x2 just to deal with them.

For 0.923:

* Will O The Wisp gravity effects now only affect your x coordinate, not your y coordinate, due to the extreme difficulty of getting the y movement working without bugs and other weirdness.
** The y movement still applies to projectiles, just not allies or monsters.

Thanks :)
