| Summary | 0007457: Suburbs.ogg feels very inappropriate for many of the places it's used. Anyone else think this? | ||||
| Description | While I do enjoy most of the soundtrack of this game, Suburbs.ogg feels...VERY out of place. I often hear this song when exploring abandoned townhomes, which I guess kinda works since it's supposed to be a house (Albeit in the post apocalypse). But then I hear the same song play when I'm exploring underground urban ruins or even going through a boss tower. The song's general peaceful yet ubpeat tone really fells out of place. It seems like it would be better suited for non combat areas. Anyone else think this? | ||||

What is a "non combat area". The settlement? The world map? |

The Settlements are what come to mind for me. It just feels really out of place to hear a song like that when I'm going through a dark, damp underground ruin. |

I am in agreement, but couldn't think of an appropriate place that doesn't already have fitting music. |

Thanks! * The missions in general had hit or miss music previously, as they would often pick themes that were great for their region but inappropriate for the activities of the mission at hand (something really relaxed and soothing during an intense mission, etc). ** Now the game keeps a list of appropriate generic mission music tracks for each region type, and uses those whenever the mission type in question doesn't have its own specific music track. |
