| Description | This has happened to me for my last 3 games. I've actually restarted two 10 hour games (I'm on my third one now) because I thought I must be doing something wrong. In short, the second a ship enters a Homeworld that has a CPA Guardpost on it, a wave of ~ 1500 ships spawns. Add this to the Raid Engine Guardpost spawn, and the fact that the enemies are coming from every direction, and even IF you somehow manage to defeat this force, by the time you're ready to enter the Homeworld again, the CPA Guardpost will just send another wave. Basically, this bug makes it impossible to win. The ultimate question is whether the CPAs are supposed to spawn instantly or be on a ~ 13 minute timer. The description of the CPA Guardpost is ambiguous, but most people in the thread seem to think that the timer is supposed to be there. |
