DescriptionI understand that pressing F1 cycles through a big list of all the units in the game, but having some sort of "Civolopedia" style library to look up information on the various ships and structures in the game would be very helpful, especially to new players.

Might be easier to maintain as a tab in the "STATS" page of the game.
Any additions/changes would automaticaly show up in the reference tab.

Yeah, I was thinking more like a tab in the Stats screen, that would have either a search box or hyperlinks to different types of ships and structures, so that a player could easily look up what they needed.

Sort of, though inclusive of everything. If for example, I didn't know what a Special Forces Alarm station did and I wanted to look it up, without paging through F1, or I wanted to see what Heavy Armor is exactly.
