Summary	0009712: a way to keep enclave starships on FRD
Description	I think it would be good to have a way of keeping the enclave starship on FRD at all times. I like to have them in a control group with my other starships and move them all together in group move from one guard post to the next. This causes the drones to also be spawned, but I want the m to be in FRD so they can go ahead further to distract the other AI ships. Maybe there already is a way to do that with the new control tab you added? maybe have an option to always have the drones to be on FRD? Basically I dont see a way to group move my enclave starships with my other starships and have my drones in FRD while the "fighting" starships arnt in FRD so they don't break their formation.
