DescriptionZenith Trader - Nothing in the ship description indicates it's invulnerable. The listing of immunities, hit points etc suggests the player could destroy it.

Sentinal Frigates - I suggest explicitly stating these can be countered by anti-sniper measures. I know they say "sniper shots", but it's still an easy thing to miss.

Nebula starships - There are some (will update if I figure out which) that can damage many ships under a forcefield when they hit the forcefield, but you can't tell that from the descriptions. It's useful information as it tells you whether eg Bomber Drones are safer inside or outside projected shields.

Data Centers - should probably say the AIP reduction is only 15 at diff 8+ and 10 at 9+.

Co-processors - As with Data Centers, should indicate lower AIP reductions at higher difficulties (105 or 90).

Hacker - The description on the research redirector helpfully states it needs to remain stationary for 10 minutes; it would be helpful if the other placed ships' descriptions did the same.

Spire Corvette, Protector Starship, Zenith Devastator - no longer need "(or from the Advanced Starship Contructor, for the MkIV)" in their descriptions

Zenith Electric Bomber - Described as "expensive", but none of cap energy cost, ship energy cost, cap M+C cost, or ship M+C cost are particularly expensive; other fleet ships are more expensive by every measure.

Gravity Drill Station - description contains a random line break

Mark IV turrets - most have a line that contains "line,Like" (sic), --> "line, but like".

Alternate champion progress - the lobby description should clarify that you still need to choose a champion via player role for this to do anything. Also needs updating now that unlocks are no longer dependent on capturing ARS etc.

Mothership - the description refers to the player's alliance with the Spire, but these can also spawn in defender mode (confirmed), and probably by many other means, Eg (Vicious) Exotic AI, superweapon exos, showdown, shark

The Tank AI type - minor grammar fail in lobby description; see description of Zenith Descendant to see how it should be

Paralyzer, corresponding champ/mod fort modules, Nanoswarms - "attack paralyzes x6" or whatever is inscrutable; should say "attack paralyzes for 6 seconds" or something like that

-Victory journal entry following win by Showdown is the default one, which still describes the AI no longer being able to stabilize its warp connections following the loss of its Home Command Stations.

-Once all nebula scenarios are completed, the objectives screen still tells you to go check out unvisited nebulae.

Concerning the nebula starships issue: AFAIK, only the Dark Spire Hatred (and Gray Spire Dawn) with their plasma siege cannons can kill stuff under forcefields.

Perhaps for consistency with any change to these two units, all nebula ship description texts should cover their weaponry, strengths and weaknesses.

Thanks Histidine; Hatred it is. What I mean is that the ammo type is just listed as "energy bomb", which is the same as an ordinary Bomber and doesn't tell you it does splash damage or under-forcefield-damage. Though I've just realised "energy bomb" is also the ammo type of Plasma Siege Starships. So I think the best solution would be to create a new ammo type called "plasma" or "plasma bomb" or whatever and apply that to Hatreds, Dawns, Plasma Siege Starships, Plasma Siege modules (champion and fortress), Zenith Siege Engines, Plasma Eyes, Plasma Guardians, and whatever else uses those mechanics. I'm not proposing any new mechanic, just a labelling change. The energy modules for Protector Starships would also need their description updated.

Fabricator tooltip says "Capturable construction unit that allows human players to build a single type of experimental starship/mark V ship at this one location). But in current version, any Space Dock/Starship Constructor can build the unit as long as the fabricator is alive (or has been hacked).

Spider Turret description claims it's identical to the Sniper Turret except for the engine damage, which hasn't been true since 6.043 (it does half the normal damage).

A few more ones:

-Some of the ship types still call their Mk. V variants core (Core Neinzul youngling firefly, Core Zenith Reprocessor, and others)
-The short form of the Neinzul Youngling Firefly is Y Firefly, as opposed to the standard Yng X of all the other Neinzul types
-Regen golems and neinzul scapegoats need to state in their description what they are unable to regenerate (this one is more than a simple fix; may need its own mantis)

- Z Mirrors claim to be weak to melee units while boasting an immunity to Blades and Fusion Cutters.
 - Warp Gate Guardians claim to be a "short ranged brawler" with a range comparable to the Missile Frigate a "long ranged" missile boat.

Spire Archives- while under player control, the knowledge production listed in the short form tooltip (Not the lengthy description) shows a knowledge gain of 10/s, not 5/s which it actually is- this may be related to having two player homeworlds (Single player game) and the 5/s per player attribute- actual gather rate is 5/s.

Sentinel Frigates: Described as expensive, but actually cost less than bombers or frigates, for example- sure, they're not cheap, but compared to low cap stuff like zenith reprocessors or lighting torpedo frigates, they're certainly not expensive.

Superterminal (The object itself): Description is out of date- e.g. refers to a tick every 15 seconds, when it's... well, not.

AI Self Destruct Guardian description references behaving like a lightning warhead, which have since been changed to a different mechanic. (Also, does anyone else think it's rather underpowered, or is that just me?)

Actually outside of FS or Defender mode, I am not sure the Mothership CAN spawn. Has anyone else seen it? Yeah I know for Defender mode you don't have FS, but Defender is freaking weird at times.

Hmm, yea, I guess that's inconsistent or at least redundant. But I'll need to deal with this separately via a different journal.

If the allow-duplicates command is used it's still relevant. In general it's not a given that there's no reason to at least find them.

Actually I'd rather that was the normal pattern for any ship built at the Space Dock or Starship Constructor. Same with turrets and guardians. Do you have a list of such that _don't_ say "Core" for their MkV version?
