Summary0013827: RCI not visible in "Planet details"
DescriptionThe RCI rows are missing from planet details window when starting even if tutorial explained them. You can interact with them with racial actions but you cannot see them in planet details, as it happen when you start using "advanced start".
I just passed the "federation" tutorial explaining how to create it so I expect no more tutorial

edit: I'm wrong - the "planet details toolbar" tutorial appeared. now RCI are visible. hmmm, still confusing, for me, because of the default "hide RCI from solar map" setting, so RCI are explained previously but do not appear until now
