it's in Settings - Extra - show "RCI values" on all planet overlays |

I found getting to the RCI information confusing as well even after the tutorial about them. It seemed to imply they would be visible on the basic overlay. |

Yes, the issue wasn't that I couldn't find them. I eventually did. I just had to look for them and the tutorial wasn't very helpful in that. Exactly what madcow said. |
