| Description | after spending some time in game i cannot improve relations between hydral and other races. All what i can do is decreasing influence points and there is no way to rise it again. Building armada, defending worlds and giving techs doing no positive effects. No problem like this in 1.001. i also attached save file. | ||||

Thanks! * Fixed a couple of confusing things with hostile alliances: ** On "The Betrayed," added a clarifying note to its tooltip stating that no further influence can be gained with that race. ** On Fear Empires, there was previously a rule saying that while it existed, you could not gain any influence with ANY other races. That has been changed so that you just can't gain influence with the Fear Empire race, and the tooltip now reflects that. ** Previously, you could not gain influence with Smuggler Empires, but now you can. |
