Summary	0014902: Acutian industy building outsourcing project doesn't build structure
Description	I wanted to make planetcracking cheaper by getting a defense CEO in office, so i started using my manufacturing outposts to do the "Help construct acutian industrial building" for defense, and once the requisite time had passed i got the completion message which said "spy satellite built on " there was no planet name for where it had been built, and none showed up on the only acutian planet. (Also: sometimes it would spend the time to do the outsource mission, but not give me the completion message) this makes it impossible to manipulate who ends up in the acutian CEO list.

keith.lamothe May 5, 2014 1:34 pm administrator ~0037462	For 1.013: * Fixed a bug where the outsource-to-build-acutian-industry-building action was constructing the building on the outsourced outpost (where it had no impact on the sim) rather than on the planet you'd started the action. Thanks :)
