| Description | Many times after the 9 months outsourcing period the game will send the message giving influence too the player saying that a specific building (in my case I've been trying too get entertainment as a top CEO so zoo of breathers or digital library) has been built at *blank*, the building doesn't appear at any planet no zoo of breathers is present in any Acutian planet and I have had that popup at least 4 times and the power of the entertainment industry is not rising. They are the closest CEO too the top 3 which will planetcrack for me but they will never be in without help and acutians like me too much for me too have sabotage options open. | ||||

For 1.013: * Fixed a bug where the outsource-to-build-acutian-industry-building action was constructing the building on the outsourced outpost (where it had no impact on the sim) rather than on the planet you'd started the action. Thanks :) |
