Summary | 0015620: Allow moving of planets in the game lobby
Description | While the addition of the map untangler has solved a lot of problems (for instance, it's now possible to get an overview of a 120-planet spokes map), the addition of a method of moving planets in the game lobby (as opposed to only in the player-defined maps) would help make it even better.

I am pretty sure I suggested this before In addition, allowing a refresh to allow other players to see the untangled-manually altered map would be appreciated. |

I very much agree! Untangle is a good start, but it usually can't finish the job. I know it's possible to move and untangle the planets in a private map view after the game has started, but then it's harder for players to refer to the same locations when they're looking at different maps. The ability to manually untangle the map before the game starts would be greatly appreciated. I think the "refresh" Ranakastrasz mentioned should be automatic. The altered map could be sent automatically upon the completion of the drag of any planet. |
