Summary | 0016668: Demolishing disabled building + new building on same hex = stalled construction
Description | Weird things seem to happen when I demolish and build on the same hex in one turn. Most recently, I had disabled solar arrays which I demolished and built banks on the same hexes. The bank construction was disabled and halted at 0 turns remaining for several turns. Similarly, after a building was destroyed by a rogue, I began construction on a missile base, which I could subsequently not demolish (and had to remove in the scenario editor.)

For 0.817: * Now when a building is destroyed the game is more aggressive about clearing data on that building "layer" so that another building occupying its place later doesn't inherit its shut-down status, etc. ** This may impact lots of other things unintentionally, we'll see, but in testing it was fine... well, after fixing the bit where it improperly cleared the self-destruct flag, anyway. Thanks :) |
