4M health assuming sniper mark 5, 936 damage per 8 seconds, or 117 dps per turret. for a full cap (72), 8424 dps that's 7.9 minutes of constant fire from a full cap of mkV sniper turrets per kill. at 748 damage and a cap of 48, it would take a full cap of mkIV snipers 14.85 minutes to kill the same post. This is why your turrets don't auto target those. If you really want them gone, you could always tell your turrets to shoot them directly, but then the issue of your turrets ignoring other forces to hit the post comes up. I'll be honest, when your beachhead is able to wipe out any reinforcements the AI could be stupid enough to send to those posts, why would you want them gone in the first place? When I want a post gone, I tend to slap it with a golem. It's the only expedient way to deal with WHGPs. |
