Summary0003843: AI Engineers should go into FRD
DescriptionAI Engineers should go into FRD on their own planets (retreating when they lose the planet is fine). Right now, they seem to just stay where they are and only repair what is near them. They should do this regardless of whether they are under a force-field or not.

Looking more carefully, I see that all AI engineers fail to go into FRD mode.
