Summary0008893: Make Hybrids individually stronger, but decrease their spawn rate

Credit should also go to Varone who also came up with the idea I was trying to express, but communicated it in far clearer wording.


Besides a stat buff, if the hybrid spawn rate was to go down, the number of "drones" an individual hybrid is allowed to tow per around should be increased.

I initially liked this, but since this was proposed additions to the game have turned me against it. There are now two new categories of big ships that stalk the player - nemesis shadow frigates and dire guardians - and making hybrids bigger would make them less differentiated from those (and also from the Super Hybrid).

Also, I think having a larger number of weaker hybrids helps them seem more "intelligent" and menacing. 30 hybrids all co-ordinating an attack simultaneously from three angles seems far more diabolical than 3 big hybrids attack at once.
